Shenzhen EVA Pack Co.,Ltd has 4,800 square meters factory lodated Building 02-02, Huaxia Shunze Electronic Information Technology Park, Sanhe Street, Huiyang District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. The company is a research and development, design, production and sales of specialized EVA packaging products manufacturing enterprise.

There are EVA protective mats such as seat cushions, knee pads, wheelchair mats and chest plates and other protective mats and the EVA cases for packaging of the electronics, the cosmetics, the skin care instruments, the tools, the drone, the Medical Equipments, the instruments, the helmets, and the other products which need a shock-resistant, water-proof and protective packaging.

All products are certified by Reach, RoSH, CE and CA Pro 65. The factory have 2 CNC engraving machine, 1 laminating machine, 14 heating oven, 16 thermal compressing machine, 13 cutting machine and 34 sewing machine. We have one-stop production, including the aluminum mould, the lamination with glue, the heating and molding into shape and the stitching.

Producing with OEM&ODM, the factory could always design the EVA packaging cases according to the customer’s requests, or produce it according to customers’ designed drawings. There are developers who can help the customers with the designing together with the salers, there are masters for the CNC mould, who can make 3D drawing in ISG or STEP files that showing the designs.
